Your Procedure. Your Anatomy. Your Surgical Plan.
There is no single price for gynecomastia surgery or male body sculpting because no two surgical plans are exactly alike.
Dr. Jonathan Lebowitz determines pricing after evaluating your anatomy, the areas you want treated, the complexity of the procedure and the techniques or technologies that may be appropriate for your individual plan.
Dr. Lebowitz Does Not Accept Insurance
Lebowitz Plastic Surgery is a self-pay cosmetic plastic surgery practice. Dr. Lebowitz does not accept or bill health insurance for surgical treatment.
The practice also does not offer payment plans. Patients are responsible for arranging payment directly according to the financial terms provided for their procedure.
Why Surgical Pricing Varies
Dr. Lebowitz does not determine your surgical plan from a menu of fixed procedures. He first evaluates what needs to be treated and what combination of techniques may be required to create the contour you are trying to achieve.
Your Anatomy
The amount and type of tissue present, skin quality, muscular anatomy and starting contour all influence the surgical plan.
Procedure Complexity
A straightforward treatment and a more extensive multi-area transformation require different levels of surgical time and planning.
Techniques & Technology
Your plan may involve gynecomastia gland excision, VASER 4D Hi-Def sculpting, Renuvion, fat grafting or other techniques when appropriate.
Number of Treatment Areas
Pricing also depends on whether Dr. Lebowitz is treating one focused area or combining multiple areas into a more comprehensive body-contouring plan.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Lebowitz Plastic Surgery accepts several forms of direct payment for cosmetic procedures.
Touch-Up Policy
Dr. Lebowitz’s current policy states that when a touch-up is considered necessary, the initial surgical fee includes the touch-up surgeon’s fee. Operating room costs, nursing staff and surgical supplies remain separate.
Policies and associated costs can change. Dr. Lebowitz will explain the financial terms that apply to your specific procedure before surgery.
Your Surgical Quote Starts With a Consultation
Dr. Lebowitz first needs to understand what concerns you and what would actually be involved in treating it. Once he evaluates your anatomy and develops a proposed surgical plan, the pricing for that plan can be discussed with you directly.
